SportInvestNow Strategy Lab believes that sports market participation should be approached strictly as a disciplined, rule-based quantitative exercise, not as impulsive gamble or speculative excitement. Our entire software framework is engineered around risk mitigation, volatility checks, and exposure limits to facilitate responsible consumer behavior.

We adhere strictly to legal requirements regarding consumer protection, age restriction, and self-exclusion across English-speaking jurisdictions, including guidelines set out by the UK Gambling Commission and partner organizations such as BeGambleAware.

2. Age Limits and Verification

Access to our platform and onboarding program is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in the user's residing location, if higher). We reserve the right to perform identity audits and request verification documentation at any point. Accounts found to be held by minors or accessed from restricted locations will be permanently suspended with no refund of fees.

3. Self-Exclusion and Gambling Harm Safeguards

You MUST NOT subscribe or access our Service if you are currently listed on a regulatory self-exclusion panel (such as GAMSTOP in the United Kingdom or local state registers) or if you are currently experiencing active gambling-related distress, anxiety, or financial difficulty.

If your personal status changes during your membership active cycle, or if you register on a self-exclusion program, you must notify our operations panel immediately at support@sportinvestnow.com so that we can immediately pause your access.

4. Rules of Financial Discretion

When utilizing our simulation parameters or applying strategy outputs to live trading accounts, users must rigidly observe the following limits:

• Deploy only strictly discretionary bankroll funds which are non-essential and completely separate from daily living costs or emergency reserves.
• Avoid chasing losses. Sports markets have natural high variance (drawdown periods). Reconstructed historical strategies display average paths, but individual series can and do see sustained drawdowns.
• Maintain the exact portfolio allocation suggested by the Sportfolio parameters. Do not leverage positions or override safety guidelines in pursuit of short-term recovery spikes.
