Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms for Software Subscriptions

Due to the digital nature of the SportInvestNow Service, which grants immediate access to proprietary quantitative models, backtesting algorithms, sports portfolio intelligence, and educational assets upon successful payment, we enforce a strict refund policy for subscription plans.

Once your application is approved and onboarding is finalized, recurring monthly fees are non-refundable except under explicitly documented conditions described herein or as mandated by applicable statutory provisions under English Consumer Law (e.g., Consumer Rights Act 2015).

2. Cancellation of Services

Founding Members may cancel their subscription at any time directly through their member dashboard or by submitting a written request to subscriptions@sportinvestnow.com.

Upon receipt of your cancellation request:

• Your access will remain active until the end of your current paid monthly cycle.
• No further automatic recurring billing charges will occur for subsequent cycles.
• You will not receive a partial, pro-rated refund for the remaining days of your current billing period.

3. Trial Periods and Early Exceptions

For onboarding promotions where an explicit risk-free review period is promised, clients may request a full refund of their initial transaction fee within the defined days (e.g., 14 days under the English statutory cooling-off provisions for distance contracts, provided our core digital tool telemetry has not been comprehensively downloaded or actively integrated with a live exchange API).

Refund requests under early-access trials must be sent to support@sportinvestnow.com containing your transaction receipt and certified statement of service boundary exit.

4. Server Outages and Technical Defect Resolutions

If a substantial service defect or critical server malfunction completely limits platform usability for more than seven (7) consecutive days, and SportInvestNow Strategy Lab fails to remedy the interruption, users may request a pro-rated adjustment of their monthly fee.

This compensation excludes any loss relating to client hardware, internet access failures, other exchange operators' server downtime (e.g., Betfair Exchange API service issues), or trading variances. Under no circumstances are sporting results or simulation outcomes grounds for refund or charge adjustments.
